The 2 illustrations to the left were done
as concept pieces for a direct to video,
"Bartok The Magnificent," when i
worked at Fox feature Animation. The
witch character in the far left illo is a
Don Bluth design.
These pieces below are early
character/concept studies for the
Fox movie,  "Titan, A.E."  when
the first director toyed with the
idea of
doing a more cartoony animated
movie.
The pieces to the right and below are
some of the many character studies
John did for scripts in development that
were never made.
The piece below was done for
promotional purposes
The pieces to the
right were done for
TSR, aka Wizards of
the Coast.
The 2 chicken watercolors were done
for a new toy concept that John
designed for O.A.A. and was produced
as a limited production collectible.
Below are a few pages of a graphic novel that John is working on. The art has been
pencilled, then colored on photoshop.

These pieces below and to the right, were done as
character concept art for the movies "Titan A.E."  Most of
them are variations of the character that came to be
known as "The Drej."  In preproduction, the movie was
first known as "Treasure Planet," then "Planet Ice" before
the studio settled on the final title.
